“The new platform allows information to be centralized, exploited and shared. Several applications have been set up <\/strong>for the various business departments of the CNSA and its users, namely elderly and dependent people or people with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n

In response to the continuous increase in the number of beneficiaries and the growing volume of data, CNSA has initiated the modernization of its information systems<\/strong> to improve the management of its activities as well as the management of data and resources.<\/p>\n\n

Management by data of the autonomous branch of social security<\/h2>\n\n

To do this, the CNSA evaluated fifteen vendors <\/strong>of business intelligence solutions according to 4 criteria. The capacity to develop a quality information system<\/strong> for access to its rights; to manage the data-driven<\/strong> autonomous branch of social security; to transform the core of the information system into a modernised and secure architecture<\/strong>; and meet accessibility standards <\/strong>and sovereignty<\/strong> guarantee in hosting sensitive data and HDS Enabling.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

\u201cSince 2020, we have been working to identify data visualization tools <\/strong>[DataViz<\/strong>], data analysis <\/strong>tools, data platform that could help us better leverage the data we\u2019ve accumulated over all these years,\u201d says Macaire Lawin, CNSA CIO.<\/strong> \u201cWe have organized a series of benchmarks<\/strong> to make technological choices,\u201d he adds. <\/p>\nDemo Stage Big Data & AI Paris tradeshow<\/a> <\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n

A single data platform from floor to ceiling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

CNSA conducted several phases of testing (POC)<\/strong> before retaining Suadeo, in order to manipulate and exploit business data. CNSA was impressed by the possibility of covering the entire data life cycle<\/strong>, including the Infrastructure and Service <\/strong>layer; by setting up various data visualisation interfaces <\/strong>from a single platform; the possibility of making these data accessible <\/strong>to citizens<\/strong>, in Open Data<\/strong>, while complying with the RG4 standard<\/strong> in terms of accessibility; the possibility of delivering different platforms in parallel and within a limited time<\/strong>; the ability to make data reliable and to secure their usage<\/strong> throughout their life cycle, and to adapt interfaces to CNSA\u2019s design system<\/strong> for seamless integration into existing information systems. All this had to be done from a single data services platform. <\/p>\n\n

The CNSA chooses Suadeo to eliminate the risks associated with using several Business Intelligence tools.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

\u201cThis platform allows us not only to secure sensitive data<\/strong>, but also to ensure a high level of accessibility <\/strong>for all users,\u201d he adds. It is a comprehensive product that covers the entire lifecycle of a data platform<\/strong>, including the infrastructure and service layer. The platform is used to manage CNSA\u2019s activities. Three solutions<\/strong> were implemented in four months<\/strong> at CNSA. These are financial reporting <\/strong>solutions in Dataviz <\/strong>that serve to monitor and optimize the financial situation of regional and national activities. This system provides users with a consolidated and personalized view to facilitate decision-making on the allocation of budgetary resources<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Publication of the activity of the departmental houses for disabled people<\/h2>\n\n

Second application, it is a barometer of satisfaction in Open Data<\/strong>. It was set up to publish quarterly indicators on the activity of departmental houses for disabled people (MDPH)<\/strong> and the satisfaction of beneficiaries. This interface is accessible to everyone and online. It is designed to meet accessibility standards <\/strong>for people with disabilities<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Third application, it is a compensation package calculator<\/strong> designed to guarantee fair and personalized reimbursements, processing millions of data lines<\/strong> and anonymizing <\/strong>information from health facilities and users. Treatment is fast, secure <\/strong>and results are easily interpreted<\/strong>, ensuring a more efficient and reliable management process. <\/p>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n

The CNSA is the Autonomous branch of Social Security<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The CNSA is a French public institution<\/strong> created in 2004. It finances and manages autonomy policies<\/strong> for the elderly and those with disabilities<\/strong>. According to the latest financial reports, the Social Security Autonomy branch supports 1.5 million elderly people with loss of independence, 500,000 people with disabilities and finances 1,000 social and medical-social institutions and services (ESMS) to the tune of \u20ac38 billion.” <\/p>\n\n
