“The Ministry of the Interior wanted to have a completely new information system, integrating data, in order, among other things, to ensure the strategic management of the 2024 Olympic Games” <\/p>\n

Based in Beauveau, the CNCS covered a wide range (…) of issues including security<\/strong> [aux] logistics, sanitary, transport, spectator experience…<\/strong><\/p>\n

“All these aspects had to be taken into account,” continues Colonel Deshayes. “Not only by the CNCS, but also by the tools that equipped it and made available to operators.” <\/p>\n

The French software publisher Suadeo<\/strong>, associated with DTNum <\/strong>(Digital Transformation Directorate), designed the hypervision platform<\/strong> to meet the specific needs expressed by CNCS.<\/p>\n

We had to set up a customized configuration<\/strong>, in the form of five applications<\/strong>, to allow us to organize and configure information in real time,<\/strong> via forms, dynamic situation points, reports…” , says C\u00e9dric Bonamigo, public sector director at Suadeo.<\/p>\n

Creation of CIC<\/h2>\n

Hosted within the Interdepartmental State Network<\/strong>, in the cloud of the Ministry of the Interior<\/strong>, with a maximum level of security (\u201cRestricted Distribution\u201d<\/strong>), the platform, first tested during the Rugby World Cup<\/strong>, has been optimized for Olympic Games.<\/p>\n

In addition to rapid coordination with the operators concerned<\/strong>, such as SNCF, prefectures, ministries… , it has made it possible to detect weak signals<\/strong> and process a large amount of information <\/strong>(from IS, “mains courantes” or open sources such as traffic, transport, social networks…), all geolocable in real time <\/strong>in the hypervisor through map layers<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Proof of the success of the experience : it gave birth to an aligned working community <\/strong>and collective expertise that will undoubtedly transform future crisis cells.<\/strong> <\/p>\n
