In 2025, the regional bank is giving its teams the opportunity to accelerate their analyses thanks to Suadeo\u2019s AI assistants. The Head of Commercial Performance Measurement shares his insights.<br\/><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Excerpt from the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole &amp; Suadeo Conference<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Cr\u00e9dit Agricole d\u00e9ploie Suadeo IA dans tous ses services\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/F0rPEs3CnEc?feature=oembed\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>With 1.6 million clients, 271 branches, and over 4,100 employees, Cr\u00e9dit Agricole d\u2019\u00cele-de-France (CA IDF) has made data a cornerstone of its strategy. <strong>Julien Renaud, Head of Commercial Performance Measurement<\/strong>, explains :<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>My role is to provide our branch network with all the tools needed to manage and monitor their activity.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Since <strong>2018<\/strong>, the partnership with Suadeo has equipped <strong>2 800 users <\/strong>with an <strong>all-in-one self data analytics platform<\/strong>, covering <strong>all business domains<\/strong>: Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Operations &amp; Risk, and Sales Management.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We\u2019ve managed to cover every area : HR, employee monitoring, training effectiveness, leave management, marketing, business transformation and sales activity management, performance gaps, individual tracking, risk management, and more.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Governance and security: the foundation of autonomy<\/h2>\n\n<p>With several million lines of data, <strong>governance<\/strong> and security are critical issues. CA IDF has therefore implemented a <strong>Digital Trust Charter <\/strong>ensuring <strong>GDPR<\/strong> compliance, <strong>anonymization<\/strong>, and <strong>data security<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We have strict governance, security, and anonymization requirements, while also striving to strengthen business autonomy.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>This <strong>shared governance model <\/strong>enables employees to design and consume their own analyses without relying entirely on IT teams.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We want to combine <strong>the best of people and the best of digital<\/strong>. Data and AI will play a central role in this transformation. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When Artificial Intelligence simplifies performance management<\/h2>\n\n<p>The next step is to put AI at the service of performance management. Currently, managers spend 1\u20132 hours per week compiling results from various dashboards. Tomorrow, with Suadeo AI, they\u2019ll be able <strong>to converse directly with their data<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>AI will allow them to ask simple questions such as: \u201cWho are my employees currently in training?\u201d, <br\/>\u201cHow effective was the insurance training?\u201d, \u201cHow are sales performing in my business unit?\u201d<br\/><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Users will ask their questions, in writing or by voice, and the AI assistant will instantly generate <strong>bar charts<\/strong>, <strong>pie charts<\/strong>, <strong>personalized KPIs<\/strong>, and <strong>predictive analyses<\/strong>, without complex queries or multiple clicks. A major time saver for branch managers and sales teams. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A robust, secure, and traceable data architecture<\/h2>\n\n<p>Alongside CA IDF, Mohamed Bendjebbour, Head of R&amp;D at Suadeo, explains the technical foundations of the system:<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We\u2019ve built a robust data platform covering the entire data lifecycle, from the virtualization layer (connected to all CA IDF data sources) and ETL pipelines for transformations, to the predictive layer. This includes a Data Catalogue for documentation, traceability, and quality management. The AI understands all metadata and serves users according to the platform\u2019s governance rules, ensuring total security.<br\/><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Not one AI, but several specialized AI assistants<\/h2>\n\n<p>Unlike traditional solutions, Suadeo doesn\u2019t offer a single, monolithic AI, but <strong>multiple specialized AI assistants<\/strong>, each focused on a specific domain.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Instead of a single all-purpose AI, we provide<strong> several virtual assistants<\/strong> that support all users, from <strong>technical<\/strong> profiles working on data virtualization layers to <strong>business <\/strong>users in cataloging or data visualization.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Where classic dataviz tools stop, Suadeo\u2019s AI assistant takes over.
