The data technology & human expertise duo: the key to controlled crisis management<\/h2>\n\n

Territorial data is more strategic than ever. Chems Akrouf emphasizes the importance of being able to detect weak signals in order to better anticipate crises: <\/p>\n\n

“Every incident, every weak signal, every social tension is now an indicator. Prevention therefore relies on a fine-grained understanding of the territory<\/strong>, the ability to cross-reference field data and identify trends<\/strong> that are sometimes invisible to the naked eye.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Local authorities are prioritizing interoperable solutions<\/strong> capable of centralizing all data sources in real time and automating reporting. Interviewed by Protection S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Magazine, the Pau B\u00e9arn Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es urban community<\/strong> is experimenting with this model, particularly to combat incivilities :<\/p>\n\n

“Today, five municipalities within the agglomeration feed their video streams into our CSU [Urban Supervision Center], enabling our operators to view the footage and, where appropriate, initiate intervention procedures”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the major challenges is to maximize the performance of the security system while remaining within the regulatory framework, particularly with regard to personal data protection<\/strong> and the use of AI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

A territorial hypervisor for Urban Supervision Centers<\/h2>\n\n
