For the 2023 Rugby World Cup and the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Ministry of the Interior of France has called on Suadeo to design an innovative hypervision platform. Used by nearly 2 000 operators, this platform, configured from Suadeo Self Data Services®, ultimately created an interdepartmental working community. After his exchange with Colonel Christophe Deshayes, Chief of Staff of the National Center for Strategic Command of the Ministry of the Interior, the AEF magazine highlighted the emergence of interdepartmental collaboration through the hypervision project for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

“The hypervision platform set up by the company Suadeo on the occasion of the JOP, on behalf of the Ministry of the Interior, “has helped us to be more efficient”, says Colonel Christophe Deshayes, chief of staff of the CNCS (National Strategic Command Centre), to AEF info.” (…)
The digital transformation department of the Ministry of the Interior decided in early 2023 to equip the CNCS, located on Place Beauvau, with this platform for processing and valuing heterogeneous data (read on AEF info ). (…)
Created for the Olympic Games at the request of the IOC (International Olympic Committee), the CNCS had a “reporting” function for the political authorities, with operational matters remaining “in the hands of the prefects”, explains Christophe Deshayes. (…)
The objective was therefore to “scan in real time a maximum of information”, interdepartmental, in order to alert the executive “as soon as possible”(…) The hypervision tool was deployed “in exploratory form” at the same time as the CNCS, on the occasion of the Rugby World Cup, in the fall of 2023, recalls Cédric Bonamigo. A “Main-Line”, integrated into the platform, was fed “by all operational entities of the Ministry of the Interior and all operational centres of other ministries (…)
The platform has had more than 2 000 different users. (…)
Suadeo and the ministry have also developed applications to produce up to eight situation points per day or manage the CNCS armament (…)
After several months of auditing by Anssi and EY, the Suadeo platform has been certified (…)
“What we experienced on the ground convinced us that this organization and these tools helped us to be more effective,” added the CNCS chief of staff. “We have created an inter-ministerial working community that has appropriated new tools and which, tomorrow on a crisis, would be very operational.” (…)
