Published in Decideo: “As part of its digital transformation project, the Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l’Autonomie (CNSA) has chosen the French software publisher Suadeo and its self-data analytics platform from among fifteen solutions.“

“Suadeo now allows it to centralize, exploit and share information, all while ensuring its security and better accessibility for users. Several applications have been configured from the Suadeo platform, for the benefit of the various CNSA Business Directions and its users, elderly and dependent people and/ or disabled.
The latest estimates are that the number of people aged 60 and over will reach 24 million by 2060, with a growing proportion of people facing dependency. In this context, the CNSA, a French public institution created in 2004, plays an essential role in financing and managing self-help policies for older people and those with disabilities. According to the latest financial reports, the Social Security Autonomy branch supports 1.5 million elderly people with loss of independence, 500,000 people with disabilities and finances 1,000 social and medical-social institutions and services (ESMS) of EUR 38 billion.
Suadeo selected from 15 publishers
In response to the continuous increase in the number of beneficiaries and the growing volume of data, CNSA has undertaken a major project to modernize its information systems, with a view to improving the management of its activities as well as the management of data and resources.
To do this, the CNSA evaluated 15 BI solution vendors according to 4 criteria:
- Capacity to develop an information system supporting quality of service and access to rights
- Ability to strengthen knowledge and management through data from the autonomous branch
- Ability to transform the core of the information system for a modernised and secure architecture, meeting accessibility standards.
