We deploy an annual training plan to ensure that all collaborators working on client projects are progressively trained in accessibility, data ethics, and responsible digital practices.
Solution/Cloud Architects, Developers (back & front-end), Data Engineers, Data Scientists/ML Engineers, DevOps/SRE, Project Managers/PO/PM, UX-UI Designers, Support/Run… Every new joiner follows this training pathway, with regular update sessions and evaluation tests.
At Suadeo, 92% of eligible team members are trained in responsible digital practices, in line with the Label Numérique Responsable (INR v3), GR491 (software ecodesign), GreenIT, and RGESN / RGAA for front-end and accessibility.

A Dedicated Green IT Watch Unit
A dedicated Green IT watch unit operates within Suadeo’s Product Division.
Its mission is to continuously evaluate and update training content according to industry standards, ensure regulatory and technological monitoring (GDPR, AI Act, ISO standards, Green IT frameworks), and disseminate best practices across project teams.
As part of our global skills-development plan, every project collaborator receives a minimum of 8 hours of continuous training (regulatory updates, new eco-design practices, environmental indicator tracking). To strengthen this initiative, a specialized consultancy will support us from 2026 onward.

Our platform, Suadeo Self Data Services®, is progressively integrating WCAG 2.1 and RGAA international standards. Reporting interfaces (dashboards, visualizations) already achieve 86% RGAA compliance, with a target of 100% by 2026. Accessibility is embedded by design: enhanced contrasts, alternative textures, keyboard navigation, full responsive design. To support this, our project teams receive dedicated training as part of the global skills-development plan.

Use Case: The CNSA MDPH Barometer RGAA-Compliant Open Data
The Suadeo Data & AI platform enables the creation of fully accessible Open Data applications. Together with the CNSA, as part of the MDPH barometer initiative, we reached 86% accessibility, one of the highest scores ever achieved on a Self Data Services platform in France (target 100% in 2026).
An independent external audit firm evaluates our platforms.
We embed accessibility throughout the entire data lifecycle, from design to final use, ensuring a fully accessible end-to-end experience for all users.

Our full-web platform requires no local installation: a simple up-to-date browser is enough. This reduces dependency on costly hardware upgrades and limits obsolescence.

Controlled Data Volumes
To reduce datacenter footprint
The growth of stored data and its impact on datacenter infrastructures is one of the main environmental pressures of digital technologies. The Suadeo platform is designed to minimize processed, transferred, and stored data to reduce energy consumption and ensure sustainable performance.
Automatic Purge & Controlled Retention
Suadeo integrates automated, configurable purge mechanisms to reduce storage volumes: retention rules (duration, volume, data type), removal or archiving of obsolete data, prevention of unnecessary data accumulation
Upstream filtering to reduce processing
Our integration pipelines (Suadeo Integration ETL) apply filters at the point of collection: duplicate elimination, reduced transfer volumes, processing only essential business data
User awareness & transparency
Administrators can monitor storage in real time (per project, dataset, or user). This visibility enables proactive volume management and cleanup actions (automated or manual).
Virtualization & low-impact formats
Our technology drastically reduces data duplication through native virtualization in the Data Catalog: data remains within source systems. When internal storage is necessary, Suadeo uses lightweight, compressed formats.
End-to-End deduplication
Advanced deduplication mechanisms (duplicate removal) are applied at every stage of the data lifecycle (ingestion, cataloging, storage). Virtualization, consolidation rules and compressed formats reduce data volumes while enhancing reliability.
