Suadeo has announced the opening of more than 100 positions in 2026 to support the acceleration of its development in France and across Europe. Driven by the growing momentum of its platform and increasing demand from public and private sector organizations for sovereign data solutions, Suadeo confirms a strong growth trajectory, now reflected in a major expansion of its teams.
Through this recruitment plan, Suadeo aims to strengthen its role as a leading player in unified, intelligent, and sovereign data, supporting organizations through a major digital transformation.
Suadeo is actively recruiting:
- 10 data-focused sales specialists
- 2 pre-sales consultants
- 2 trainers
- 10 experts and project managers
- Around 100 developers and consultants
These new talents will support deployments, assist major public and private accounts, and actively contribute to the company’s growth.
A technological edge built away from media hype
Founded in 2004 by Azzedine Bendjebbour, Suadeo made a rare strategic choice: dedicating nearly 18 years exclusively to R&D before launching large-scale commercialization.

Initially positioned in the health insurance sector, with HDS certification, the company simultaneously focused on developing its technological foundation in close collaboration with business users, with a clear ambition: ensuring user autonomy across the entire data lifecycle (from source ingestion to real-time and predictive analytics) within a rigorous governance and security framework.
In 2020, once this level of excellence had been achieved, Suadeo launched and opened its platform to all industries. It quickly secured strategic contracts with French and European institutions as well as major private organizations.
Today, representing 21 years of R&D, the platform is used to manage public policies in key areas such as transportation, climate, healthcare, training, energy, and territorial security. Its references include the European Commission, the European Space Agency, the Ministry of the Interior, the Caisse Nationale de l’Assurance Maladie, several French Regions, as well as banks, insurance companies, and major private corporations.
