CNSA: Suadeo chosen from fifteen publishers

As part of its digital transformation project, the Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l’Autonomie (CNSA) has organised a series of benchmarks and decided to retain Suadeo. Objective: to optimize the management of its activity and the sharing of information with users, while guaranteeing transparency, security and accessibility of data.

After a rigorous selection of 15 vendors of Business Intelligence solutions, Suadeo stood out with its Suadeo Self Data Services® platform, which is capable of:

  • Cover the entire life cycle of a data platform, including the architecture and service layer,
  • Ensure unified data management on a single platform, eliminating the risks of using multiple BI tools.
  • Provide data visualization tools accessible to internal users and the general public, meeting RG4 standards.
  • Integrate with existing CNSA information systems without interruption in the user journey.
  • Centralize and secure sensitive data through sovereign hosting in France, compliant with HDS standards.

Real results in record time

In just four months, Suadeo has deployed various strategic solutions for CNSA:

  • Financial reporting interfaces in data visualization, offering a consolidated and personalized view of the data for a better allocation of budgetary resources.
  • A satisfaction barometer in DataViz format for use in open data, published quarterly by the Marketing Department, allowing citizens to assess the activity and satisfaction of beneficiaries with respect to the MDPHs, with an interface accessible to all.
  • A compensation package calculator, for fast, secure and anonymized data processing, in view of fair and reliable refunds.

These tools support the CNSA’s commitment to transparency, while simplifying the steering of its activities.

A shared commitment to innovation and ethics

For 20 years, Suadeo has been supporting administrations in the management of sensitive data. Its partnership with CNSA is a further illustration of its commitment to projects combining technological innovation and public interest.

CNSA and its challenges

By 2060, France will have nearly 24 million people aged 60 and over, many of whom will be in situations of dependency(1). The Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l’Autonomie (CNSA), created in 2004, plays a key role in supporting these public, financing services and institutions to the tune of 38 billion euros.

The digital transformation of this strategic public player responds to three major imperatives: managing an increasing volume of data, ensuring optimal use of resources for 1.5 million elderly people and 500,000 disabled people, and improve the provision of services to users.
