The Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l’Autonomie (CNSA), a Social Security Autonomy branch, is a French public institution that finances and manages policies for the autonomy of elderly people and/or disabled people. Faced with the challenges of an ageing population and increasing needs, and in a context of digital transformation, CNSA has embarked on a major project to modernize its information systems. Objective: to improve knowledge of the offer and the management of the activity. The ISD has therefore chosen Suadeo’s Data service platform, which allows it to optimize access to and use of data.

Why CNSA has called on Suadeo

As part of its digital transformation strategy, CNSA conducted a comprehensive benchmark, soliciting around 15 BI solution vendors. After several POCs, Suadeo was selected for its open data capabilities, its processing speed and its extended functionalities, empowering the Business and covering all use cases from a single platform.

Optimized Delivery Times

One of the strengths of the Suadeo solution is its ability to deliver projects quickly, even the most complex. Launched in mid-February 2024, the first three CNSA projects were delivered simultaneously in just 4 months thanks to the Safe and Agile methodology, its short cycles, and DevOps practices applied at each step.

Financial Reports in DataViz Agile

Objective: Provide interactive data visualization interfaces to quickly measure the financial situation of regional and national activities, for each sector (elderly/ disabled people).

Result: Business users benefit from a consolidated, intuitive and profile-based view for objective decision making on the allocation of budget resources. The first interface, dedicated to the ARS (regional health agencies), focuses on local data related to the national average, while the interface dedicated to the Administrative and Financial Department provides a detailed overview of all activities. Consolidated views for each need that Business users can easily share.

Open Data Satisfaction Barometer

Objective: Publish quarterly barometers on the activity of MDPHs (Maison Départementales des Personnes Handicapées) and the satisfaction of their beneficiaries via an open data interface (accessible to all), intuitive and handi-accessible.

Result: Suadeo’s solution offers an intuitive data visualization interface, in accordance with the accessibility rules for people with disabilities (AAA – WCAG 2.1). The general public and users have access to application processing rates or satisfaction survey results, which ensures transparency for the public.

Objective: Fine-tune care packages by automatically processing millions of rows of data using a specific grouper.

Result: Fair and accurate reimbursements for the following year, taking into account the individual situation of beneficiaries, the integration of complex management rules and the anonymisation of data from thousands of health facilities and users. Automated calculations and simplified reading of results for fast, personalized and secure processing of support packages.
