Business Intelligence : a golden opportunity for HR

HR suffers from a chronic ailment: its low recognition as a strategic partner on executive committees. Few are those who can claim an equal listening with Finance, Sales or Production.

HR plays an essential role in the strategic implementation and performance of the company. It shapes the Corporate Culture, builds its personality, aligns behaviours with values, develops skills and talents, guides conduct, leadership and governance. In the end, it values the emotional dimension of the company in its relationship with its employees and customers.

Employee or Customer satisfaction results from a rational evaluation process, Perceived Quality, and emotional, Perceived Value, workstation or product: to what extent the position or product meets my expectations (Perceived Quality) and in what way or how in terms of experience (Perceived Value)?
