CNSA modernizes its services: feedback at BDAIP24

Optimize financial management, free the Business teams from complex tasks, better communicate with users sometimes in difficulty due to their advanced age or disability… These are the commitments made by the Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l’Autonomie (French National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy – CNSA) to better support its beneficiaries and its teams. Discover the applications designed for CNSA’s needs at the BIG DATA & AI PARIS trade show on Tuesday, October 15.

It is a custom-made parameterization game of the Suadeo Data service platform that allows you to respond as quickly and closely as possible to the needs of the Business Teams.

Social Security’s Autonomy Branch, the Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l’Autonomie (CNSA) is a public institution responsible for financing and managing self-help policies for elderly people and/or people with disabilities.

Faced with the challenges of demographic ageing and growing needs, and in a context of digital transition, CNSA has launched an important project to modernize its information systems. The objective is to improve knowledge of the offer and optimize the management of the activity. To do this, the CNSA’s CIO has opted for Suadeo’s Data service platform, which facilitates access to and use of data.

Three applications in 4 months

Perfect illustration of the potential of Suadeo’s software platform, the CNSA experience demonstrates Suadeo’s ability to configure custom applications from embedded objects. To meet the needs of the Marketing and Administrative and Financial departments of the CNSA, Suadeo worked closely with the CIO team to make available various tools to the Business teams:

  • Data visualization interfaces for precise financial monitoring, providing a consolidated and customized view for each sector, thus facilitating decision-making.
  • a quarterly barometer in open data that allows users (elderly people, disabled persons, caregivers…) to quickly assess the satisfaction of MDPH beneficiaries and their activity, and thus help them make decisions for the choice of an establishment. A commitment to transparency and accessibility by the CNSA.
  • a dataviz grouper automating the processing of millions of data for fair and prompt reimbursements; a facilitator to optimize the calculation of compensation packages.

See you on Tuesday, October 15 at the BIG DATA & AI PARIS 2024 for a demo session hosted by Macaire LAWIN, CIO of the CNSA.
